What is a Boots Health Check?*
The Boots Health Check includes a number of assessments, which will help give you a better understanding of your health and identify aspects for your lifestyle that may be putting you at risk of future cardiovascular health problems.
- A lifestyle questionnaire and personalised action plan
- A Body Mass Index (BMI) check to give you an indication of whether you are a healthy weight
- A blood pressure measurement
- A cholesterol measurement
Why should I have a Boots Health Check?
The assessments will help give you a better understanding of your health. You will receive personal advice on how you can maintain a healthy lifestyle and help reduce your risk of future health problems.

How do I book a Boots Health Check?
Log in to the Member Zone to request your voucher. Once you receive your voucher you'll be able to call the participating store of your choice to make an appointment convenient for you. For a full stores list, visit the Member Zone.
